Former Trump White House press secretary Sean Spicer says US Vice President Kamala Harris will “say and do whatever she has to”.
United States Vice President Kamala Harris closed out the National Democratic Convention with a crucial speech to formally accept the presidential nomination.
“She is on both sides of every single issue, she has flipped-flopped on stuff,” Mr Spicer said.
“She is absolutely the phoniest person I have ever seen in politics.”
